Aug 09,2021I have previously never given a bad review but have no choice but to say that even though my chair arrived within the given time slot, when I buzzed the delivery person in - I live on a 4th floor walk-up - they left the huge box downstairs. They'd agreed on the telecom to bring it up to me but they just dropped it and left. I had to wait a couple of hours before I could get a friend to help.

While I have also sent more than one email via contact customer service and no one has bothered to contact or acknowledgment at all. This has been a very disappointing service
