Mar 23,2021I ordered replacement cushions for our nursery chair and matching foot stool. Unfortunately the pre fixed screws holes to attach the new footstool cover to the base we’re in different position to the screws on the base making it impossible to line up and screw into place. I contacted Kub Direct only to be told that the screw positions vary from batch to batch and as the stool cushion is offered as part of the package at no extra cost there is nothing they can do! I’m now with a worthless cushion that cannot be attached. What’s the point in sending ?????
