Mar 11,2021Damaged item arrived. 5 emails later still not resolved. Complaint then raised and as yet not responded to. Credit card company now involved to reverse transaction under section 75. Shocking customer service and very unresponsive. I have not used this company before and based on experience never will.

Mar 10,2021I was very impressed with how quickly my order arrived and was made up to get the rocking chair in the sale. Even at 8 months pregnant I was able to easily assemble it with my partner and the instructions were nice and clear. My only criticism is that the material on the side of the chair was difficult to stretch into position, but once we'd mastered it, it looked great! I'm also only giving 4 stars because although this chair is on the smaller side, my feet still dangle on the floor and the option of a matching footrest would've been great to help with those late-night feeds. Overall though, I'm really happy with the product and it looks beautiful in our nursery.

Mar 09,2021Chair was faulty. Return was a nightmare. Refund was a nightmare. Customer service took days to respond and when they did hadn't read the email chain and therefore their responses were inaccurate. Rinse and repeat. Three weeks later still awaiting information and now my refund!
