Oct 18,2021We had the most a-mazing dinner prepared for us by Gabor Halmai. We opted for a vegetarian menu and it was incredible. Even the die hard meat eaters of our party were blown away. We had the lovely Jo as our server and she was friendly and brilliant at looking after us. They make a great team and it was the highlight to our team trip away.

Oct 17,2021Superb from start to finish. Easy to book, great communication. This was our first ever experience having a private chef in our home and we were a little apprehensive. We had read such good reviews about Norbert and they were all true. A real kind professional who I wouldn’t hesitate to invite back. The whole evening was superb and the food was wonderful, although a little on the large side in terms of portions, but that’s hard to judge. We have just finished off all the left over ls and are still reminiscing on what a lovely evening we had, would highly recommend.

Oct 17,2021Great experience from start to finish. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the chef I'd booked was unavailable so the concierge service got in touch quickly and found a replacement. Gee was great at communicating and on the night he was superb. The food was incredible, all my friends were so impressed, and he was a lovely guy too. He had to cook in quite a small kitchen and managed very well. I'd definitely recommend Gee and will use La Belle Assiette again.

Oct 17,2021Really yummy food and amazing service. We were staying in a hired house and it turns out there was no salt or pepper that we could find in the house. The chef hadn't brought any with them, this was the only hiccup.

Oct 17,2021Miranda was a great chef - she arrived when she said she would, quickly and efficiently started work and produced delicious food for us, accommodating one vegetarian and four young children. She served and cleared away with discretion and courtesy, and left the kitchen super clean and neat. We were so impressed and would thoroughly recommend her. Thanks Miranda

Oct 24,2021Zoe was brilliant. From the minute we booked her she was on it, making sure we approved the menu, that there were no changes and that our kids had food they would eat. And we weren’t disappointed. The canapés were amazing, the highlight being the arancini, though the bone marrow was a close second! The starter of gnocchi was delicious and so different to be made from ricotta. It was lovely hearing the care and attention she had taken to sourcing really fresh, local produce. The pork was beautifully arranged and delicate, not too heavy. And the panna cotta and fresh madelines were delicious. A wonderful spoilt night that made my parents anniversary even more special.
