First order from this company and I only received 1 of 4 items at delivery.
Order was missing 52, 7 gal cloth grow bags. Order details showed the order had been completed. Contacted company who responded quickly and stated they just hadn't shipped yet. I did receive the package a few days later but it only contained 42 bags instead of 52. I'm way too busy to have to go to this much trouble and still get screwed. Won't be doing business here again.

I had to pay an extra $18 hazardous shipping charge for hydrogen peroxide , bottle came unsealed , top partially unscrewed , and leaking a little ( 34% hydrogen peroxide does cause chemical burns ) ... It was packaged in a big ziplock bag , so it had that going for it

I understand running out of stock after my order is placed. It happens. But I didn’t receive a heads up at all. My $300 order showed up missing a nutrient that I could’ve picked up somewhere else. I ordered it because I needed it. Thanks for the refund of what didn’t ship because I promptly had to use it for gas money to go to the grow shop, 70 miles away.
Best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Placed small ordered and it was handled the same as a $5000 order. Communication was great and order processing and delivery time EXCEEDED expectations. Will definitely do business with these folks again. AAA+++ !!!

Been almost a month and havent receive any of the items i paid for
My first order came missing an item (worm castings). Then my second order came, also missing an item (Cal-Mag Plus). There was no indication of back-ordered items, no paperwork with the arriving items.... so we were left with every indication that we were shorted items..... I called, but there is only a voice message, saying you should go to the website and use the chat feature. I tried three different times, but the chat messages are not answered right away. I waited about three hours each time to get a response. As soon as you bump any other button or click away, you have to start all over...... waiting, to finally be "first in line" again...... then finally getting a new tech support person altogether, again, then being asked to repeat all the same details of the order and of my personal info and of the problem (three different times, to three different tech support persons)...... you know my time is valuable too.... I work full time..... how do you think I had the money to spend at your online store? It's been about a week and a half now...... support exchanged emails with me on Friday, and promises were made that the support agent would check into why my orders were BOTH sent incomplete, but I am home from work now..... it is 8:41 PM, nobody has bothered to email me to give me any other info on my missing (defrauded?) items. I would suggest passing over this company. It's looking like I might have to file reports with my bank, and maybe even with the police, in order to get the items that I paid for and not totally just get ripped off. :( Not how I want to spend my evening.
