Rental payments are being received on a monthly basis although it appears there were slight delays from one of the tenants on occasions. Mark Scandrett, who managed my properties, was responsive to request and sorted out my queries promptly.

Mar 28,2024The facilities are great, the rooms are really nice sizes and layout, things that could be better is maintenance of the rooms after previous tenants leave it would be great if they could fix and replace all things before the new tenant moves in. And make sure there’s nothing a new tenant would see that’s disturbing. And to add letting agents need to make sure they give all the tenants all the vital information they need, and not wait for mishaps to provide them with information,
