Oct 17,2023We rented an Appartment for this company in Birmingham! We lasted 5 months from our tenancy agreement. The Appartment block from which there parent company built was infested by rats which ate the engine car parts on my BMW. Said it wasn’t there problem, I had a brand new mountain bike stolen, said it wasn’t there problem. In the end the agent said we could leave and understood why we couldn’t live there and told us the last months rent wouldn’t need to be paid as a good Will gesture. However he didn’t tell us we would not get our deposit back. Please be careful with these guys as they are very unprofessional and only want to take your money. I would not advise to rent of them as you have no rights when anything goes wrong. Rory Sloane
