As an overseas landlord, In the beginning, we were not happy with the services provided by Lamont due to the unprofessional Property Managers. However, Ms. Claire (GM) took our complaints seriously and she took action and appointed Mr. Mark S. to manage our property. Since he is our property manager, all our expectations have been met (Price of rent, duration of the contract, finding a reliable tenant quickly, etc.). He is very responsive and listens to our requests. He is taking action on time and informed us timely manner. It is clear that he is Qualified and Expert with his work. We are happy to work with him. Thank you, Mr. Mark S. and Ms. Claire. In addition, I would like to thank Mr. Oliver from Prosperity Dev. since he was always supportive during the whole process and even after sales.

We've met Aishah Afser to introduce us to the flats and she showed us two flats since there were a lot of people interested in the one we came to see. She had no problem with locking the second flat to us so there won't be any other competitions there and since we've been looking for a place for a while, it has helped us a lot.
