Oct 13,2024I lived in one of parkwood flats for more than 4 years and Lamont was fairly good with us through out the years though we had some issues initial years.I think recently quality of life improved with good care takers of the building especially i would recommend Gemma our property manger who was proactive to sort out all issues

Oct 12,2024I worked with Lamont estates to rent an apartment from them, the staff member i spoke to Mark Scrandrett was very efficient! As soon as I rang in order to place an offer, he was able to send me all the details on the same day including the application. I then was able to apply and have all my referencing complete within a day and have a move in date to my preference. Mark has been very patient with me as it is my first time renting, and answered all of my 1000 questions. I would definitely recommend Lamont Estates to get things done, more importantly Mark as he built great rapport with myself and made the process easygoing!!

Oct 07,2024Hi, I have had an a terrible experience with this estate agent! They are making repairs in the flat before even consulting me and then just sending me expensive bills for work I was not informed was needed nor did I approve for the works to be carried out! And then telling me I have 5 days to pay! In addition they are signing renewal tenancy agreements with the tenants before consulting me and then asking me to pay for it when I previously told them that I wanted it to be a Statutory Periodic Tenancy which is free and no one needs to pay for!

I was getting the flat through Mark Scandrett, he was really helpful even when I got some difficulties , but he was really patience and give us a clear information. Also attention to detail which make us stress free from the start of process til our move in date. We appreciate him and couldn’t thx him enough!.

For Birmingham recommend Mark Scandrett - great guy - very helpful and knowledge and UBER efficient and responsive (thanks Mark)
