Dec 30,2024Lancaster answered the phone promptly. The assistant was polite and helpful, listened to my query and resolved my problem. Lancaster are not necessarily the cheapest on the market but after years of dealing with them, I prefer to pay a little extra as I feel they are a reliable company.

Dec 30,2024Lancaster were very proactive in contacting me to renew my policy with them. The increase in price was less than I had expected. This would have been a 5 star review if it were not for the automated reply service used when I phoned to renew. It could not understand me and fired a long number at me asking if this was my policy. I didn't recognise the number and it could not understand my reply. Total waste of my time and very off putting. Finally hand over to a human and the rest was plain sailing.
