Selina had been managing a flat I owned for some years and made this process so easy and stress free, Donna went on to sell this flat and the entire process was so seamless, that it was so great to have them all in my corner. Also can't forget Kim, thank you so much for all your help! They were also very helpful to the buyer, it was his first time and they worked really well with my solicitor. Land Estates is my first choice for estate agents, my favourite in Dartford!

Donna the Sales Manager is the most professional, proactive person I have come across in the industry. Oct 19,2018When I approached Land Estates, I was in a difficult situation. My property had been on the market with Livermores, Dartford for months and the buyer had just pulled out. I was upset and frustrated and felt that I had been badly advised and lied to the whole time. I live 4000 miles away, in the U.S, and was online searching for another company to take over, when I came across Land Estates. I called and Donna (Sales Manager) answered the phone. It was the end of her work day, but she stayed and talked to me for over half an hour! She was genuinely interested and wanted to help. Within days she had picked up the keys to my property and it was being marketed again with new photos and a beautiful description. There were lots of viewings, the communication was constant. If I called and Donna was unavailable, Sophie would be. They were friendly, extremely professional and always put my mind at rest. When the offers started coming in, Donna discussed my options with me. We agreed on a price and the sale went through. I'm very thankful to the whole team at Land Estates, and only wish I had contacted them much sooner. If you are looking for honest, hardworking people who will go out of their way to get your property sold for the best price, I highly recommend Land Estates, Dartford.
