Jun 25,2018We had been looking for a 4 bedroom property to rent for a while and were shown a house which would have suited us well. The letting agent called later that day to explain that other potential tenants were interested and to ask would we like to pay a deposit to hold the property. We had deliberated and decided that we would like to move into the house. It was only after paying the deposit and starting to make arrangements to move we were told that this agent had taken multiple 'holding' deposits from potential tenants and the landlord had gone with someone else. We were absolutely disgusted as the impression we had been given was that the deposit would HOLD the property for us (subject to references and checks). Thankfully we hadn't given notice on our existing property as it was the weekend, the consequences could have been dire if we had! This is a deeply unethical company engaging in very bad practice which puts families at risk of homelessness. Would not recommend anyone to use this company to look for for a rental property.

Jun 24,2018The team at Land Estates sold my house in Dartford, February 2018 and my aunt's the year previous. House moving is notoriously stressful, having Donna and her team on side took away much of this worry and stress,. They dealt with the buyers, taking charge of the viewings, keeping up-to-date with surveys and dealing with all solicitors involved in the transaction. I would recommend Land Estates for the personal touch they offer.

Jun 22,2018I can’t praise Ali and Donna enough. They are simply the best at what they do. Donna is always there to listen and support you through what is usually a stressful time. She was constantly working on ensuring the sale went smoothly and quickly. We received regular updates and encouraged to come in to meet the team. Ali and Donna are so passionate about the business to the point that it is more of a vocation than a job. If you are thinking of selling don’t delay contact the best team in the business.

Mar 13,2018We switched from an online agent to Land Estates. Their service was much better, they were always available and helpful. Their progressor really knows her stuff and was on the solicitors and buyers' case to speed up the process as she knew we were on a tight schedule. The only negative point would be that although we were told there would be no commission (it would be billed as a fee for the buyer), we ended up paying commision from our sale price. This should have been clearer from the start. Despite this, we would recommend Land Estates.
