It wasn't the smoothest transaction (nothing to do with Land Estates) but they kept interest and maintained pressure on all parties to keep things going even when it all looked like it was going to fall through. I was given a good number of opportunities to access the property prior to completion to take measurements etc and the team were understanding of my communications needs being a shift worker. Thank you very much.

Feb 14,2018We put our home up for sale with Land Estate Dartford, the overall quality of service we received was exceptional. Beginning with the all important opening meeting to establish our expectations which was a pleasant experience, we were both well advised but always listened to. The visit to take photos and learn more about the features of the property was handled professionally. The team took the time to identify the things that might appeal to a buyer, giving helpful hints and tips. They were also more than happy to swap photos according to our preferences, always listening and always responding. The open house visit was organised with care, we were stunned by the amount of interest the team was able to generate so quickly. We handed our keys over with full confidence. Immediately after we had offers that exceeded our expectations, and all throughout the sales process we were kept informed and constantly in touch.
