Aug 30,2021Unsatisfactory service. Repeatedly had to give information already supplied as asked for same information minimum of 4 times. Some questions I asked were never answered, despite asking three or more times. When finalised order, it wasn't started and I had to ask, so delayed by 3 weeks. Special order was then not completed as paid for so now needs to be returned to be corrected/redone. Part of order missing, I queried and so balance of order sent overnight express, but when it arrived it was not my order, so this then had to be returned. Goods that need to be returned o be redone can't at the moment as incorrect parcel weight bag sent for return. Totally unsatisfactory service... one error after another has lead to this review.
