Jun 02,2021Feedback. Everything from start to finish was easy. The website was easy to navigate from looking for the items right though to the checkout. All cost were in plain sight and there were no hidden cost. Order arrived the next day as I opted for the overnight delivery. Payment methods had good options to chose from also.

Postage was super fast and my package always arrives within the same week. I had an issue where I input my email address incorrectly and so didn't get the invoice I needed for work. Eventually I got in touch using the chat function on their site and the person organised for the sales team to do a search for my order details and email me an invoice the same day! Apr 28,2021Lanyards are great! Didn't originally have the colour I wanted but the service was really impressive with getting this sorted out. My only downside to this is the plastic clips are quite short which made it tricky to fit all of my cards onto the one lanyard. Overall really great product.
