Feb 07,2020I have ordered and paid for product and it has not arrived. Your dispatch team told me for nearly a week that the couriers systems were down and they couldn't trace the package. Seriously really that cannot be true. Toll transport system down for nearly a week. Have promised to resend the package, i have been waiting for the replacement package for almost a week and it has still not arrived. Terrible service, appalling lying. Cannot comment on product as i have never received it. It better be worth it when it comes. If it doesn't arrive on Monday i will be expecting a full refund.
