Dec 27,2019Good products! First time I called: The male personnel was on point, helpful and pleasant. Very satisfying. Delivery: Toll (delivery company) phone personnel was not helpful. She did not understand the reason of my call and I felt I was underhanded. Product: It arrived on Friday morning which was 2 days later than I hoped. Quality wise, the products are just as fine as I imagined. Overall: Only the delivery was a bit of disappointment, but it's not Lanyards Factory's delivery department so it doesn't affect the products themselves.
