Dec 06,2022took a while for the screen to arrive, due to industrial action by the royal mail! it only took about 20 minutes to fit, and once powered up, the image quality was superb... no dead/stuck-on pixels. i may be wrong but i think the screen is made by au optronics. a good buy and thoroughly recommended company. will buy again. cheers Lee.

Nov 14,2022I was surprised overall with the following facts: 1. They have a large number of screens, i had 2 options for mine, got the one I needed. 2. Between the moment i placed the order (31/10/22 @ 15:55), and the moment when the screen arrived (01/11/2022 at noon), there must have been some team processing because that was FAST! 3. The screen was wrapped in the most heavy duty, most tight (in a good way) most perfectionist bubble gap fold fit screen OCD madness I've ever seen (all in a good way) all in a adequately sized cardboard box, made from the toughest cardboard on the market. 4. The screen was in mint condition, not even a finger print, hair follicle, all perfect. 5. The tracking experience and the emails were on point, timely and the right amount. I was not bombarded and I was not left wondering. Just perfect timing. 6. I did receive an email offering, that if I make a video and post it to my YouTube channel, showing how to replace the screen on my unit (start to finish) and also mention Laptop-LCD-Screen.co.uk I could get £20off - extract below: "1) You must mention verbally in the video that you purchased your new screen from laptop lcd screen dot co dot uk 2) The video must show the entire fitting process 3) You must put this link in the FIRST LINE of the video description www laptop-lcd-screen co uk shop (...) Not only will you be getting a fantastic cash back offer, but you’ll be helping others in the screen replacement community to replace their screens! A win-win for everybody. " 7. I did not do the video, not capable and would have been bad, but they deserve the full price I paid which was approx. 45 to 50 quid. For them to give back 20 quid would have felt like cheating. 8. I have waited for 2 weeks to see how the display performs before i give the review. It is all good, as new. And I can proudly say I will not be compensated for this! I genuinely enjoy writing this. 9. Overall hands down I recommend and if ever I need another screen, I will go straight to them. Well done team - from names in signature: Scott and Jane. 5 Stars.
