Sep 19,2022I ordered a new screen for a laptop, I was going to discard the laptop as I thought it would be really expensive to fix, but my husband, who works in IT said he could fix. Ordered the replacement screen as was dubious as it was quite cheap, it arrived within a few days and laptop is as good as new. I'm always sceptical that anything too cheap can't be right, but this did exactly what it was supposed to. Very happy customer.

I received the wrong screen, the support network sprung into life minutes after my RMA was initiated, despite it being outwith normal working hours . The friendly staff explained why the error occurred. A replacement screen was priority posted the following day and my return postage was reimbursed. The actual screen received was flawless and we'll packaged . Overall a positive experience of what should happen when an issue arises. Thank you for your dedication to your customers satisfaction.

I provided the proof via the customer service portal on the site and they sent a new screen out to me. This has been fitted to the laptop and works perfectly. I have given five stars mainly for the excellent customer service that I received.

Aug 31,2022Bought a new laptop screen to replace my cracked one. Arrived very quickly and was very well packed. The product itself initially seemed a little disappointing, with a rather warmish hue compared with the OEM screen it replaced, however having used the screen for almost two weeks now, I'm beginning to realise it was in fact stock screen that was off, with a rather harsh, blueish tinge that probably made prolonged viewing tiring. All in all, I'm very pleased with both the product & the service received, and have no hesitation in recommending both.
