Aug 24,2022The product was delivered as expected and packaged securely. It works well, and is a great replacement. However, the video online for the screen isn't for the model it was purchased for. Also, the screen bevel is stuck on, and so a supply of double-sided tape would have been helpful, or a note in the description, so we'd have known it was required.

The search was simple the screen was easily identifiable for my laptop with a good description the buy page even had a video of how to change it !! The screen arrived when promised and very well packed at a reasonable cost and was fitted by me easily, laptop work as good as new could not be happier. 100% recommended

Aug 16,2022Bought new Screen to upgrade to my Dell Lattitude E5470 from 1366x768 to 1080p screen upgrade was successful only problem is there is one dead pixel in the centre of the screen which is a pain but due to manufacturing this is a common problem, overall the panel is nice and the make is the same as the original panel, I did run JScreenFix which did help but after sometime it comes back which is annoying but overall service is great.
