May 06,2022Order# 20071636. Thanks for asking me to review the ordered LCD screen for now 3 times. I have not received the item yet, even though it was despatched 14 days ago from UK with destination Denmark. I think this is how it is, now that UK is not part of EU :-( And this is maybe also the last time I order anything from UK .. sorry Updated 17-may2022: Still not received the package !!!

The search was easy, the order process was flawless and the PayPal payment option makes it super safe. The screen came in a very well packaged box, with insane looking bubble wrap! I was also surprised to find out that changing your own PC screen is actually a doddle! A bit of googling and I was able to install it very easily in no time. Apr 26,2022The screen arrived on time and as described in excellent packaging. I would use the company again if I was stupid enough to drop something on my screen again!! I had a few dead pixels on the original screen but the new one makes it feel like a new PC again.

Apr 20,2022Screen arrived within two days on standard delivery option. Had some initial problems with the connector not fitting properly but it is now working. Saved the expense and data security issues of taking the laptop to a repair shop. Also I was only without use of the laptop for a couple of hours while I was changing the screen - I had been running it temporarily into an external monitor/tv screen via an HDMI lead.

Apr 19,2022TL,DR: Perfect product experience, horrible delivering Purchased a LCD screen off here and the product itself was in pristine condition with nothing to fault but the delivery was real headache to sort out. This isn't a problem with LLS but I think UPS (their delivery company) is not doing them any favours with their handling of packages and unreliable deliveries. I got two seperate "there was an attempt to deliver your package but it was unsuccessful" messages 4 days apart, both when I was at the delivery address. And both the delivery driver who came days later and the manager at the local depot lied about having delivered the package until I did their heads calling their fabrications out. When you buy something online, the delivery of your purchase is a big thing to consider. It is how you get what you bought and if that goes completely haywire, you're going to be dissatisfied at the courier service but you aren't going to be satisfied with the seller either, despite them not being directly at fault.

Apr 19,2022I cracked my HP laptop screen, watched a quick U Tube video and thought I could replace it - turns out i could, Screen supplied replaced the old one which I removed fairly easily (a bit fiddly and took 20 mins to 1/2 hour) VERY pleased to get Lap top working again

May 10,2022I am more than happy with the new screen I got to replace my broken one. Even though the part number was not the same the new screen was easy to fit thanks to a you tube video I found. Up on opening the box the new screen came in I was impressed with the care they took to insure it would not be damaged during transport. The site it's self is easy to use all you need is you're laptops model number or the old screens model number found on the back of the screen.
