Apr 12,2022This is going to be a review that will evolve as things progress. But this company has a good website, that works very well to order take your money and deliver what seems a good product. But anything else and the site is a bit of a nightmare, especially when trying actually talk or email a real person. Our Screen has failed after around 1 year into its 2 year warranty. And trying to contact someone about their need for us to use the original packing after a year ? .... Raised a Return now after the nice speedy reply below had the screen tested ? .. and company reporterd no fault found .. had it returned I've refitted it . and also replaced the old battery ( finding one was a bit if a mare..) but at the moment all issues seemed to have settled down .. although we never had problems with the old original screen (which only had a crack) and the old battery. ?.

The screen was fitted in accordance with the guidance provided, and worked superbly from first start up. A very good supplier who should take credit for their excellent service.

Apr 04,2022After finding Laptop LCD Screens.co.uk, I found the process very simple and easy. I did have to take apart the laptop screen housing - just to ensure I had the correct part in my basket - but after this it was an easy ordering process. The screen arrived 1 day later than advised, however it was very well packaged with plenty of protection and was more a local delivery issue rather than a problem with the sender. The unit has been fitted and works really well, no issues what so every (I did think it was scratched on the surface, however once I removed the protective film, there was no issues). My only negative would be that when supplying a new screen, it would be great if they included a small amount of double sided adhesive tape - with many screens, they have brackets which need to be attached with adhesive (no screws), and this was a small issue - however resolved by myself. All in all, the new screen has been fitted, works well and the laptop now looks brand new and without any issues. Overall a fantastic service - will be using again when I next need to resolve a damaged laptop screen

I’m so glad I bought the screen from you & did it myself. I wasn’t about to pay someone £300+ to do it for me! Will definitely use these guys again if I need a new screen.

Apr 13,2022The product took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did it arrived broken. I emailed to complain and the customer service was extremely helpful however do be wary that if you live in the EU you will be required to pay import taxes upon arrival and due to laws outside of the companies control they cannot send a replacement but only offer a refund for you then to reorder which if you're as lucky as I am would mean it takes a month to fix a computer. If you live within the UK I assume the service would be flawless and I would like to thank Nick for his help at explaining all of this to me an true gent.
