Dec 07,2021Parcel is not delivered after almost a month. Delivery companies do not have any information regarding the status. Looks like it has been lost or has been never even issued. Vendor rejects to take any responsibility. It is very frustrating and I will advise all my friends and colleagues to keep their money out of this web and their products. Even Chinese online services take more responsibilities and do not make end users to pay for something they never receive.

Dec 01,2021The website only had the guides given by HP, which makes it seem extremely easy to dismantle, but in reality, it was a huge pain. I further cracked my previous screen (which I wanted to replace), which wasn't a problem really, but what if I just wanted to upgrade and sell my previous screen? Again though, not really the product provider's fault, but I can't ignore the fact that nor their website nor YouTube seemed to be able to offer a proper guide for my particular model.

For improvement, would be useful on the web page to put any videos to make the fitting idiot proof, rather than having to go hunting on You Tube.
