The CD Latenighttales by the Cinematic Orchestra should have “the south american getaway” on it. Well, it does on the cover, but not on the cd; there’s another Bacharach tune on it. Very disappointed and untrustworthy.

The quality and sound of the record itself was great, everything I expected. My biggest disappointment was the omission of an entire track from Geneva Jacuzzi. As of this review there is still no mention on the product page that this track was cut from the LP which I see as a bit of false advertising. In addition to this, the last track on the LP is "Lost for Words, Part 4" which ISN'T currently listed on the product page. This misinformation, coupled with the fact that when I'd brought it to the attention of the support staff I was told that "sometimes tracks are cut for length" and then not offered even an apology for being misled but merely a "10 percent discount off my NEXT purchase" is the only reason for the low review score. I would have loved to have given full stars but this interaction dealing with the missing music I was made to believe would be on the record I ordered has just left me upset.

Truly one of the best companies when it comes to music. These people obviously love what they do - and they really know how it works: Outstanding sound-quality, no matter wether it's vinyl, compact disc or download. Fair prices and fast shipment.

Purchase and download were both easy. Download link was available within minutes of payment. Only one album had an issue with download but was quickly fixed. I would defiantly recommend late night tales for the albums music and service.

Bought Agnes Obel LateNightTales. Took time to grow on me but very pleased with purchase. If you like Ms Obel you’ll enjoy. Updated with 5 stars. Finger trouble. In addition bought similar by Olafur Arnolds. I really enjoyed this over Christmas holiday period (and beyond)

Great experience. I would like the files to be available as AIFFs with better ID3 tags so that once downloaded and added into iTunes collection there was little to no work needed doing, ie. adding track numbers, copying and pasting artists names into the correct fields. Also it would be great if I could get access to my purchase history prior to your system / shop upgrade from a couple of years back.

Fast delivery of bought goods (digital music). The 'package' itself (a ZIP file) was filled with everything you needed. Not only the digital tracks, but also the booklet and high-res artwork. The price was perfect, due to a special holidays sale. And the music itself? Sublime, of course :)
