Oct 03,2017Sasha's Refracted Live at the Barbican event has been a total highlight of the entire year. Easily the best live concert experience we have ever been to. To have it captured on film and CD etc and then to also get it signed was not to be missed. However... To place the signed element of the package on a sticker that's positioned and stuck on the disposable shrink wrapped cellophane is idiotic to say the least. The signing should have be on the inside cover of the book element... The music is still incredible and we want to immediately book the next live show. Make it happen guys!

Was kept updated as to the progress of the order and received a further update when the item was posted. It arrived on the published release date. A small issue with the packaging has since been remedied. Excellent service from an excellent company. many thanks.

Oct 03,2017The service was 5 star. From placing the order, to delivery. My only problem was: I was ordering a product that had a 1000 copy run, with this it was signed and numbered. The problem was, the sticker that went on the item, was attached to the shrink rap- so when you open it your left with the sticker. I admit it was a big white sticker, and seeing as the packaging was more than first class - a big sticker would not look good. So may be have stuck it on the leaflet that had the down load code. Like I say small thing. But every thing else was so amazing and good - this little issue stood out. The fact you give us codes to down load the music in 24 bit - is amazing and I am thankful. I would so order from you again. I was contacted by the company after my post. They responded in less than 10 minutes - Telling me they were addressing the problem and all I had to do was send an email. So you cant get better than that. So I changed my review to 5 star.
