Ordered some meal kits for my husband's birthday celebrations. When it turned up, items were either wrong or missing! This didn't make for a good birthday meal. I contacted the company and they didn't really seem to care that the birthday meal was a bit pitiful. Though they refunded me for the missing items. Also, there was no recipe included in the box - would be very confusing if you received as a gift and didn't know you had to consult the recipe online. Wouldn't order again.
My mum and I visited La Tua Pasta after a day of shopping and were blown away by the food. The pasta was incredibly fresh, and we couldn’t fault it. It’s easily one of the best pasta dishes we’ve had so far, which made the experience all the more disappointing due to poor service. Unfortunately, a staff member named Nicole dampened our visit. While we were eating, she approached multiple times asking if we had finished, even when our plates were still half full. It was intrusive and made us feel rushed. When we finally did finish, she immediately asked if we wanted the bill, barely giving us a moment to breathe. Her lack of customer service skills was shocking, especially when other tables, who had finished before us, were left undisturbed to chat. When I questioned her about this inconsistency, she claimed there was a queue—despite the restaurant being calm and having no visible line. Her dismissive attitude made the situation worse. Thankfully, one of her colleagues later came over to apologise and offered us drinks, but by that point, the damage was done, and we chose to leave. The food was undeniably fantastic, but the experience was marred by the need for proper staff training.
Beautiful food and absolutely lovely service. We arrived after a busy day shopping and were seated immediately. Despite the restaurant being packed, we had fast, efficient service with beautiful food arriving promptly. The experience was marred, unfortunately, by a group of aggressive beggars shouting in our faces in the restaurant but the staff handled them calmly and professionally and gave us desert on the house to compensate for the distress we experienced. We just wonder why these people were allowed into the restaurant in the first place.
Nice staff and good service. Food came very quickly.
Excellent online ordering experience. Delivery by DPD, who kept updated and delivered as promised. Products were well chilled in environmental friendly packaging, all well protected. And then the best bit, simple to prepare, absolutely to die for quality and taste. In fact the finest we have ever eaten. As Arnold S would say. 'I will be back'
The Bicester Village site is fantastic, love the cosy feeling of relaxing on the booths, the rigatoni is my favourite dish by far + the nduja pizza. Also buying the pasta fresh to take home is an added bonus to the sales often available in the village. Will visit again.
My extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to La Tua Pasta located within Bicester Village. My experience at this establishment has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention. Yesterday, I walked into La Tua Pasta and requested a reservation for a party of seven at the reception. The staff member, after taking my phone number, informed me that there would be a wait time of 35 to 45 minutes and assured me that I would receive a text message when a table became available. After waiting for exactly 35 minutes, I received a text notifying me of an available table. I promptly made my way to the restaurant, where I was led to a table meant for three people. The staff member ordered me to have my family members arrive within five minutes, even though I had explicitly booked a table for seven. When I pointed out this discrepancy, she not only refused to apologize but also offered two unacceptable solutions: squeezing five people onto a four-person table, leaving the remaining two people standing, or having our entire party of seven rejoin the queue. The staff's attitude was unapologetically arrogant and condescending throughout this interaction. Despite the fact that there were clearly vacant tables within the restaurant, I was denied proper seating, and the blame was shifted onto me. Furthermore, one staff member suggested that if I did not accept their proposed solutions, our group of seven should leave the restaurant. I found this behavior to be completely unacceptable and disrespectful. This incident has left me feeling deeply distressed and has significantly impacted my emotional well-being. I cannot help but wonder if this treatment is due to the fact that we are of Asian descent. Is this a case of racial discrimination? I have been in the UK for an extended period of time and have never encountered such disrespectful treatment. Moreover, having been a frequent customer of Bicester Village, I have always appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff at various stores within the complex. However, the presence of such a subpar restaurant like La Tua Pasta casts a negative shadow on the entire Village, affecting the overall experience for visitors like myself. I have taken the liberty to reach out to the management of Bicester Village directly to express my concerns about the impact of such an establishment on the Village's reputation. I urge the management team to consider whether supporting a restaurant with such low standards aligns with the Village's commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. This incident has the potential to significantly diminish the service quality and deter customers from choosing Bicester Village as their shopping and dining destination.
Visited Bicester, on B/H Monday 1st May. Welcomed with a smile by the duty manager - we had a 20minute wait for food, so sat outside in the sunshine with a coffee. The manager, was great! Very efficient and organised her team well. Gaby, our waitress was lovely and very helpful. Food delicious. Wine likewise. Really good experience and we will definitely return again soon! Thank you.
Great experience at their location in Bicester Village. Has to be 5 Stars all round Our waiter was Kwan and he was superb and helped with the vegetarian selection. The Manger was Crystal and has a great attitude, she helped us personally buy some of the ingredients which they sell (Pasta’s, Sauces etc) , so that you can make cook at home. Definitely worth a visit. We will go again.
Very effective virtual queuing system, delicious food… and the service was outstanding from our waitress Shamarni who was delightful and perfectly attentive. Would recommend.

Excellent food and superb staff, especially Ms. “Do it all” Crystal. She is amazing, not only she was the hostess, she also recommended to us what to have, waited on our table, she cleaned and picked up….all this with an infectious smile and great attitude. Thank you Crystal
Tasty food, made with fresh, and quality ingredients. Fantastic summer and sunny atmosphere in La Tua Pasa in Bicester Village, and great customer service. A big thank you to Gabriela who was extremely friendly, professional, and demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills!
I went today for lunch with my kids .we were treated very badly From the begining the staff were raicst, as they made us wait and told us no tables were available while on the other hand gave tables to a similar number of family who were white . When we confronted then the manager gave us table . The waiter took our order and served the food after an hour, with half the order the other half they forget to punch in the system and after the food was served late to us we ordered desert which they again made us wait us for 30 mins while making jokes about us amonst each other when I asked where is the desert they told us its comimg in 3 mins and after 10 mins of waiting I went to the chef my self to ask for my desert the chef told me we are not serving tiramsu today so the desert never came .I became furuous and complained to the manager who her self was ashamed of her staffs behaviour and told us that it has happend in the Past as well with other customers. Bad restaurant , bad food , crazy staff . I would never recommend it . Bicester Village
What an absolutely perfect time we had at La Tua Pasta in Bicester Village. The food was exquisite, so very fresh, service fabulous and the environment beautiful. Will definitely be going back. Thank you.
Gabby was attentive and helpful from the start, noticed everything and was prompt to clear and clean empty tables around me. Even though it was turning a little chilly she never faltered. I was once a manager of a restaurant and would certainly have welcomed more staff like her!
The pasta is genuinely exquisite. I loved the black charcoal crab but the other two pasta we each had were top drawer. I enjoyed the tiramisu; but try the bomboloni - either with hazelnut or pistacchio - wow!
Lovely pasta and lovely place at Bicester Village. Definitely highly recommend!
