I had one item independently valued and their valuation was in excess of Laurelle's. I would not hesitate to recommend their services - always very good value for money. The customer service while awaiting delivery (outside of the UK) was prompt, informative, and professional. All questions were answered fully and, again, the item was exactly as advertised - if not more so once seen in person.
