May 31,2021Very kind, helpful, friendly, unaffected person on the phone at the weekend (as well as an abortive attempt to help thro' online chat) - when I couldn't pay because the cookie choice bar at the foot of the page was covering the button I needed to click - the phone call quickly sorted this muddle out. Earrings arrived speedily, are pretty, well priced, as expected from photo.
