Dec 13,2024I was a little reluctant to buy an engagement ring online, but my partner fell in love with a ring from Laurelle Antique Jewellery. It was between this ring and two others from different sites. I felt the need to call Laurelle to make sure they were legitimate. Samantha answered the phone straight away and put my mind at ease. There was no pushy sales talk or anything like that. I was given all of the information about the ring that I was looking for. 30mins after that call I found myself buying the ring online. The payment process was quick and simple. I was then back on the phone to Samantha. The ring needed to be resized and polished, but I also wanted it by the Tuesday to propose to my partner in London. Samantha's suggestion was for the ring to be shipped to me the following day and we arrange for the ring to be resized and polished after. This was I have the ring. The ring was posted 1st class signed delivery and was with me the following day. The team use a jewellery workshop in Hatton Garden London. Despite Derek in the workshop being off, contact was made with him and they arranged for me to drop the ring off in London for it to be resized and polished on the Tuesday morning. Derek was kind and approachable. By lunchtime the ring was ready for me to collect. I proposed that night. I really can’t fault the service, from the first call to the after service, it really was 1st Class. The team went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much. My partner KJ said yes, so this topped off a great experience. Darren

On this occasion the earrings I ordered were not quite what I wanted but that was not a problem for Laurelle .. they gave me a full refund . I would whole heartedly recommend this superb business !!
