Also offered to show us the problem Blockage ( not very nice to see but we did lol ) and Broken pipework would definitely use again and have already booked in for the repairs that do need doing (broken pipework ) for the first available day they had , only have to wait 2 days . He has even helped us identify our mistakes and advise on procedures to follow to ensure we don’t have blockage in the future. Ran through all the works he was doing so we were informed and understood the actions he took to fix the problem. Had many engineers come out before for blockages but none to standard of Leo. Thanks a lot and will definitely be using only yourselves going forward. And very fast responsive time also, he was with us in 30 minutes. Thanks a lot and highly recommend to everyone reading this!
