We had an emergency on a Sunday morning, I rang LDS and Leo answered the phone , I was so relieved he said I’ll be there within the hour which he was. He was very professional and friendly, after clearing the blockage, he explained what the problem was, he contacted United Utility’s on my behalf assuring me from now on it would be there responsibility, thankyou Leo for a fantastic job at a very reasonable price definitely a 5star service

Arrived within the hour on a Sunday evening which was most appreciated as my property was becoming swamped with filthy sludge and water following flash flooding. So helpful in providing advice and took the time to explain things. Professional, polite, customer centric and extremely knowledgeable. He was thorough, highly experienced and put jargon into easily understandable language. Excellent service an outstanding company. Without hesitation I would highly recommend. I can't compliment this company and particularly Leo enough. From first phone call to home visit within the hour. The problem was quickly identified and then thorough and professional work done to solve the problem followed by carefull testing to make sure all was well. I am a very satisfied customer and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone

Leo arrived really quickly even though it wasn't an emergency, got it sorted and the price is really fair. Can't fault him, will be recommending if anyone I know has any issues.
