Excellent service from start to finish, the team worked extremely hard and were very thorough, pinpointing a number of issues. Totally punctual, professional and communicative, answering all of my questions and charging a fair price for the work involved, highly recommended.

Nov 11,2024Having recently moved to a new property, my partner and I are still learning all the finer details of the property, draining being one of them. We noticed an outdoor grate was leaking due to being blocked so began to try and unblock it with no success. The following day, we have LDS a call to query it and within 2 hours, Mark was at the door ready to get to work. He was polite, knowledgeable and gave us some helpful tips to try and prevent it from happening again. The job was completed in approx. 30 mins but Mark wanted to run a few tests to ensure the job was fully completed. The cost of the service was extremely reasonable too. Would highly recommend!

Nov 01,2024Excellent service and reasonably priced work. Leo and Marc attended my property for a drain survey to identify if there was any damage allowing rats into my property. Very professional, turned up when they said. Explained everything, allowed me to watch and ask questions. Found an area full of rubbish so I agreed for the pressure wash and was advised of the price so no nasty hidden extras later. They communicated with United Utilities regarding potential collapse on a shared drain and gave me excellent information and recommendations on the area of the suspected rat access. The report with pictures and videos arrived within a few hours and I could clearly understand everything. They are now booked to clear my ‘rat’ area and replace the broken drain. So delighted to find professional friendly and helpful workmen. Thank you both for a job well done.

Everything was explained in detail and the work was carried out to a very high standard and in excellent time. Very efficient, very polite he got the job done in no time. Identified that there could be an underlying issue with protruding pipe so I will most definitely be asking this company to come out to do that job too excellent,,thanks Leo 😁
