Nov 21,2023I'm Sujamol S and took admission in Leap scholar by making a payment of 2000 rupa for 8 full length speaking tests and after 2 days of payment the executive Zaira told me that the amount will be refunded to me as the package is not existing anymore. Though it was a mistake from their side I kept quiet and waited for 7 long days for the refund. After 7 days I contacted her again and enquired about the refund and she directed me to the Leapscholar application but meanwhile I took admission in another institute. As the entire mistake is from their end I needed complete refund but nobody was responding.I trusted this institute by seeing there ads but it is not trustworthy at all. Doing some fraudulent activities.

I was very apprehensive about my online IELTS coaching to score 8 in all and I'm glad that my call got connected to Ms. Shivali, she just absorbed my issue and worries and supported me through the transition. Her counselling was phenomenal and directive, making me more empowered than before. Ms. Shivali, Thanks a ton and leap scholar stands true to its name through team members like you... I can undoubtedly refer Leapscholar to any aspiring candidate.

Oct 21,2023I expressing my disappointment towards leap scholar they are not helpful, i facing a lot of situation during my studies and mentally exhausted. I joined leap scholar on 9 October to get good marks in my exams but I thought it’s wrong decision. Before admission they are good to you after they don’t care if their students .they said will help to adjust the classes as I have early exam but they can’t. I pay for me cousin for online classes but they don’t able to arrange his classes. I request to adjust money in my class . I am paying even they didn’t able to finish my course which suppose not to pay . Last night they trying to taking the money from card without informing me I don’t know for what or why ? Really it’s such a worst experience.

Sep 26,2023The great tutor I met & got extraordinary smart & helpful teaching by the tutor. The first tutor I attended the class with Jasmin. However, by some reasons she unable to continue the sessions & then Ojasvi Ma’am taking over the rest of sessions. She has absolutely great knowledge, teaching skills & also has a great friendly & supportive nature. Both the tutor are always be there whenever we need them. Thanks & Regards Akash Trivedi

I had a great experience with her, she brings energy and i feel it's very easy to talk to her and discuss all, she is very friendly with all, moreover her interaction and explanation is easily understandable, and we all are getting a confidence in getting bands score as we expected, overall, i could say Ojasvi is the best mentor in leapscholor program.

Sep 14,2023Absolutely horrible services. I bought a test package from them 1 week before my ielts exam. I took my sweet time writing this review, because oh god, i had a lot to say. 🤦🏽♀️ Here are the issues i faced. 1. I bought the test pack 1 week before so obviously i had a major time constraint. And they literally didn’t onboard me for 3 days. I called my representative, support team, so many others multiple times, but once they pick up the phone, they make sure to cut it the next time and never pick up again🤣 2. Once i got onboarded finally, i was not able to access my full length tests (literally the main thing i paid for). And the main part is, their support system is soooo horrible. The only way i could reach them is by signing up as a new lead on instagram. 🤣 3. Once you sign up as a new lead, they hound you with calls, like 1 every hour. Even when you tell them repeatedly that you called for something different. God!! But when you’ve bought from them, they completely leave you in the dark. Sales team ✅ but support team ❌ no words at all. I would suggest, PLEASE DON’T SIGN UP even ONCE. You will want to throw your phone into the gutter. 🤷🏽♀️ 4. I didn’t get my writing evaluations till the morning of my exam. And let me tell you the 2 biggest mistakes i made were: 1) Buy a package from them (DUH)😆 2) Pay attention to their writing evaluation. Only because of Leapscholar did i lose my score in writing because they gave such horrible evaluation. It literally said the opposite from the official IELTS book sent by IDP when you register. 5. So when i was frustrated with the services, i put up a message on a Whatsapp group they forced me to join. And lo and behold, 25+ students faced the SAME issues (and more). We all collectively agreed to leave negative reviews. And most of the students said that they already had left a review, but it just gets lost within the paid reviews. Which brings me to my next point, 6. All the good reviews you see are fake, as soon as you put in a negative review, they flood it with paid reviews so that bad reviews go down. They market their product sooo much on instagram, but if they put atleast 0.001% of that effort into their product, god knows how far they could go. But yes, a happy ending- I got an 8 bank in Ielts. But yes, i got the lowest in writing, which is because I referred to their evaluation at the end moment instead of following official IDP 😭 so yeah this one is on me. Conclusion: everyone in the group agreed that not everything you see on instagram ads is good🤪 and yes, please please don’t give money to an organisation which cheats struggling students. Your money will be used for marketing to cheat more students 😏

My counsellor, Gayathri Dilli, helped me in every aspect of the application, be it shortlisting universities, drafting SOPs, or filling out the application form. I have an immense amount of respect for her. I did face issues while dealing with SI-UK, but Gayathri Mam was always there to help me, even when she was on holiday. I'm truly thankful for her assistance. Also, I would like to thank Sonali Mam for guiding me throughout the visa process. She helped in arranging all my visa-related documents. Thank you LeapScholar for your constant support!!!!

Sep 09,2023I started my application for Msc in the United Kingdom quite late . I got reference of Leapscholar and Gayathri Dilli ma'am from a friend of mine. Since day 1, Gayathri ma'am was very clear and helpful about the entire application process and was always just a call away. Even though my applications were submitted towards the deadlines, i got the offer letter to the university of my choice and all the further process was done quickly with her help. Sep 06,2023I would recommend leap scholar to anyone and everyone. from applications to my visa everything was so smoothly done, Counsellor Chintu assisted me with all the process right from applying to colleges, helping me with my sop to helping me finalising the college and submitting my application to helping in every other documents i needed, Counsellor Pooja Rani for assisting me with my visa processing, overall it was amazing experience for me, everything was done perfectly and smoothly. Thanks for the all the support that has been provided, lovely services.
