Apr 19,2023It's good if you are mapped to a potential counselor/advisor. My counselor applied to the university more than 20 days after I had asked which delayed my whole I-20 and visa slot booking process and I couldn't make it to spring 2023. My visa advisor was also not attentive when slots were opened and asked me to check the slots and let her know and only then she'll be able to book. After missing the spring intake, they didn't even contact me later again.Finally I booked my own visa slot in March 2023. Later then I was mapped with new visa advisor Surbhi Dutta only when I asked them. Surbhi was really helpful and good at advising and kept in touch with me until I completed my visa interview. The best part about my whole process with leap is Surbhi and G Kiran Yadav sir.

Apr 19,2023I was so stressful about my admission process and visa process. But leap scholar made it very easy. I've contacted to other consultants before but no correct responses even with lots of money. But here admission process, mock sessions, top universities lists, responding to calls even in holidays if urgent. All made to ease this typical journey stressless. Finally going to my dream University with their support. Going to recommend more people for sure❤️

Apr 06,2023I never spoke with the Counsellor, only had contact with RM. Most rude counsellor, didn't know how to see the marksheets, whenever I asked for any colleges, he said 22 backlogs, no options, he kept insisting on 22 backlogs in every whatsapp message, like point it out everytime. I had 3 backlogs.

Apr 05,2023My counselor was Aishwarya (ashwarya.singh@ leapfinance.com) for Canada. This has been the most frustrating journey with any abroad consultancy do far. She either would be strict (rude) or off duty whenever I asked for update. The January intake application was about to get closed today and even 2 days back her reply was "this college is not open yet"... Even after sending her screenshot that they are taking admission, she said "it's not open for us". This morning luckily I submitted my application all by myself before they closed the course today and thanked Aishwarya for her zero professionalism.

Mar 31,2023For me the whole process was a bit stressful nevertheless my counselor haritha and surbhi helped me through it. Haritha is really patient to your needs and responds to your texts and calls prompt. She is willing to explain the process until we are satisfied. She puts extra effort if she couldn't resolve our query at first. Communication was easy through our native language. Surbhi seems to be well versed with her work. She makes sure that the work is done fast. Sometimes communication was difficult because our native tongue is different. She doesn't delay in replying to your doubts and queries. I would recommend them to anyone. One thing that disappointed me was the visa SOP. I was not satisfied with the structure and myself found ways to edit and make it more reliable.

Mar 20,2023Very bad don’t use them for your study abroad they will sweet talk you and don’t apply to college you tell and only apply to colleges that they have partnership with. So, don’t fall in their trap.

Feb 12,2023horrible counsellors!!! Initially they were very responsive and proactive. But my counsellor Poornima was terrible. I just wanted to apply to one college and made it very clear that I need the process to happen fast and they should tell me in the beginning only if it is possible or not for them. She gave me a guarantee that it will happen but then her attitude was very casual and lazy. She would not respond to my texts properly and dodge my call. She delayed my admission by a month and applied to another college without letting me know. I was very disappointed with their service. They told me they will write an SOP for me, which was not even needed for the application and she filled some wrong details in my application as well, which I had to change. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Feb 01,2023During the initial stages of my application, the consultant was very supportive and used to call me all the time. When I decided to prepare for the IELTS test, she pushed me to take the test as soon as possible. I didn't score well, paid a great deal of money, and later on when I told her my scores, she said it was okay. You will get in anywhere. It was a really stressful situation for me. Later on, she completely ghosted me. She stopped responding to my emails and messages. Honestly, never trust these education consultants blindly; it's all a business to them. Be careful!

May 05,2023Initially discussed with of the representative from leapscholar. As per discussion i will get around 15 mock for practice and video recording as crash course for my studies. When i see it reality was completely shocking. They gave only 5 mock tests. These mock test are available free of cost anywhere on internet as well as idp website. Infact you get more study material from idp after booking the test. Whats the point of paying them money. And when i called representative then they dont pick up phone or wven dont reply to messages. Before making payment they used to call 100 times to enroll and pay. After that no one replies.
