Attention méfiance!!! On m'a facturé une course complète à 10€ car j'aurais soit disant annulé après 5mn, ce qui est totalement faux. Le service client n'a rien voulu savoir. La seule fois ou j'ai annulé , c'était à la demande du chauffeur qui après 15mn d'attente m'a dit qu'il arriverait dans 30mn et que c'était à moi d'annuler si je ne voulais pas patienter (45mn en tout, rien que ça!). Entre ça et les tarifs pleins qui sont discrètement sélectionnés quand les chauffeurs ne seraient plus disponibles pour une course à 5€, au final ça revient plus cher que la concurrence avec des délais d'attente trois fois plus longs en moyenne. 😡😡😡😡
Installed the app on s7 phone having had trouble registering on the website. App very easy to use. Booked a car in advance for a family member and the app allows their details to be recoded and for them to receive the text notifying arrivel and driver details as well as registered app user. Driver arrived in time and meet client on concourse as per service request. Apparently he was excellent polite and friendly speaking good english. I had notified the company the passenger spoke little french. Price good. This is an excellent service and i shall always use le cab in future. We did use the ability to telephone the driver just to make sure he was on the concourse which also worked well. The receipt arrived by email a couple of hours after the job completion. Modern technology harnessed to provide an enhanced service. Well done le cab!
This was dissapointing. Tried booking them at CDG, but nearest car was 45 min away ... Uber was there in 3 minutes. Booked them from LeWeb/LeDocks where their driver was already present. He drove through Paris like a mad man, calling other drivers names, speeding, breaking ... not a very pleasant way to travel. I will not use them again.
