Sep 13,2023We have ordered the light, wrote in the comment that we want them in warm white, they came in cool white, we filled up return form on the website, we emailed them on couple of occasions and haven't heard anything back. Their landline is not working and emails are the only way of communication, which obviously failed. If you can, just avoid this company.

Aug 24,2023I have payed for next day delivery, but have got my order delivered after 2-3 weeks. I thought it will never turn up. There was no response when I was trying to get in touch with customer service. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Telephone number is not a valid number, company doesn't answer form on contact us page or emails to sales address. Also during my wait the website was taken down, just got 403 forbidden error.

Feb 07,2023LEDs are excellent, the voltage pen is not useable. I have the larger version and the top unscrews OK. The nely purchased version has instruction which say unscrew, but this is not possible there must be some other secret to inserting the batteries.
