May 06,2017Bought a pack of 5 led me e37 bulbs from Amazon. All genuine and they weren't cheap. It's been just over 6 months and all but 1 have failed. The bulbs were for the dinning room and rarely used. Looked nice when switched on but a very poor life span. Don't bother buying unless you enjoy wasting money and changing lights every few months.

Feb 27,2017I bought two IP66-rated LED floodlights and a small assortment of indoor LED bulbs. I had no problems with the bulbs but the floodlights were a bit of a pest. Being IP66-rated means that the back of the light is fully sealed to protect the electrics, but the lights only came with about 12" of cable which is not enough to do anything with on an exterior light. A trade electrician might have had a weatherproof connector box but as a DIYer I did not, so in order to give myself enough cable to pass through a 9" concrete garage wall with enough spare either side to adjust the light & make it to the internal connector box I had to unseal the back of the floodlight, throw away the original cable and re-assemble with around 1m of cable on each light - not an excessive length to expect on a quality item. Connections made I then had to re-seal the back of the floodlights with silicone. My warranty is no doubt shot but it was ridiculous to receive these floodlights with ~12" of cable apiece. Other than that, an easy transaction and all has been well with the bulbs & floodlights since fitting, but I cannot say I would buy the floodlights again because I wouldn't.

Feb 24,2017Thanks for giving me the opportunity to review this purchase, as I was very irritated at the time. First issue, I paid extra for a next day service, was well inside the cut off time but yet, the delivery took a few days..... Second issue, the image of the downlighs I purchased was clearly metallic in colour, looked like anodised alumnium, the description also said "material aluminium" however they have arrived in a white finish. Nether the description or image showed this! On a more positive note, the lamps were well priced, seems descent quality and was well packaged. Shame they couldn't get the rest right.....

Feb 21,2017I bought my first LED GU10 fittings from LED Ligts and Bulbs ( led.me.uk) following a disastrous purchase of "cheap" Chinese fittings about 5 years ago. The Chinese lamps failed rather spectacularly one by one and although within warranty it was not cost effective to return them to China. Then I discovered LED.ME.UK Oh my word ....... what a difference! A UK company offering 3 year warranty. Agreed the lamps were more expensive than the Chinese ones, but the quality was so much better, What is the saying? Buy cheap, buy twice. I have since placed more than ten orders and have fitted LEDs where ever I can in our house and our rental properties. I have also had three failures within the three year warranty and each time customer service could not have been better, replaced the defective items and covered return postage. What more can I say.

Jan 29,2017Having searched the internet for quite a while looking for new downlights for our revamped kitchen I came across LED ME and these fantastic lights. Being a sparks I normally go for lights in wholesalers but didn't like or want the expense from them. These lights look good when turned off but wow, when on they make my kitchen look like its day time inside. If buying these you will find it hard to find a 130mm holesaw, 127mm does the job fine. Only negative I can find is the lack of communication, not being notified when your order has shipped or a tracking number but over all will be buying again.

Jan 27,2017Super quality of light. really nice on the eyes and from excellent quality fittings. Would be 5 stars +++ except that the drivers for the 12v ones I fitted on my boat cause RF noise interference with the radio. Hopefully the 240v ones with dimmable drivers I have now bought for home won't do the same there. Not yet fitted so can't report. Really good service when I reported a spring clip missing from a package, spare clips arrived the very next day.

Jan 27,2017Good service, with very reasonable delivery charges, and products arrived very well protected against damage in transit. Particularly pleased with the JSG LED T8 18W tubes - drop-in replacement in traditional fluorescent fitting, just remove the starter. Brighter than the 30W tubes they replaced, and the mid-white colour is good and bright without the cold blue colour of daylight tubes. Also bright right to the end cap of the tube.
