Sep 26,2022Very expensive but I wanted a very powerful torch. It does not focus enough. The programming function is hopeless without a degree in computing. The wall mount is ludicrous and a recipe for your torch falling on to the floor, I haven't risked it. The instructions are awful.

Sep 21,2022I have just had to replace my head torch after5years of faithful service from a ledlenser head torch i was given i decided to buy myself a ledlenser head torch. i am aware there are cheaper ones out there but personal choice i choose to stick with what i know i purchased the H7R.2 its build quality is very good and its got good abilities such as various light levels spot to flood which as a HGV driver makes it very useful for checking my vehicle and load.

Apr 06,2022Absolutely outstanding customer service. I own two of their torches. After several years the switch at the end of the battery holder stopped working in one of them. A quick email to the company and they sent me out a replacement part with no quibbles free of charge.

Feb 22,2022Electrical Engineer looking for a good quality, high output, long life head-torch for my work on the railway, so being able to see - and be seen - while on track, is really essential. For me the only product to consider would be LED Lenser, a quality well engineered product. Settled on an i8HR rechargeable unit, which goes on my woolly hat or hard hat equally well. I've been up and down the track a few times with it since I got it and I'm well chuffed with it. Great distance light when on focussed beam and great easy light when on wide beam, not too dazzling for others in the work party when it's set there. This is my fourth purchase from the LED Lenser store in recent years and I'm really happy with them all to date, this one is now my favourite.

Jan 14,2022Simply, this torch is brilliant the range and field of view is fantastic. The battery life lasts ages i believe it would easly last 3 to four days on a singel charge possibly a week depending on the power setting you have it on if used each night, when out and about. I had never heard of Ledlenser before but glad i took a gamble.

Jan 06,2022Well, I haven’t had a chance to use latest purchase iH9R, which was a present. I already have two lamps, so I am aware of the Led Lenser lamps. One big improvement is the magnetic charger, as I always found the charger ports troublesome. Other piece of advice is you must register to get 7 years warranty. Cust service is in my opinion excellent.

Dec 30,2021the lights are great once you learn how to switch them on and because they are rechargeable no worries about battery use .Only reason not 5 stars was poor packaging meant a replacement head strap was lost in the post it was promptly replaced but just a bit more care with the box and how it was secured would be a positive move

Dec 13,2021I would like to tell you about the excellent service I received from led lenser. At first I thought I would order a new battery for my x21.2r torch on line, however something went wrong and it failed I contacted customer service at led lenser who helped me place the order and said that I would receive a email. After some time no email, then a phone call from lewis at customer service checking on the order good old fashioned service! Sorted out the problem and I received a number of notification emails every step of the way. Very well done you.

Nov 04,2022I cannot believe the fabulous service and back up Ledlenser provide to their products. Reported a problem with a torch that I'd had a few years but still within the 7 year warranty. By return I received a replacement "compartment"; sadly this did not rectify the problem so they asked me to return the product. Within a week of my sending, my torch is back with me repaired and like new AND they've given me a discount code for another purchase. Win Win !
