Oct 06,2020Nice as simple to order. I did some research and found that the torch I ordered was ideal. It was nice and quick delivery too which was great. Really good quality torch, nice and light but carry’s a punch with its 1000 lumens. I like the ability of its rechargeable battery. I am a member of mountain rescue and frequently use torches so it will save a fortune on batteries. The torch is easy to use and customise with the power settings. Having a lock feature is great to ensure it doesn’t turn on inside my rucksack. Got a free min torch with it too which is small but bright enough for small tasks which is great. Ideal for the winter dog walks or reading a map without needing the bigger torch.

Sep 19,2020This review is in two parts. Firstly I ordered a keyring torch by phone. The person on the phone was helpful and friendly, the torch arrived on time. Well packaged and is worth the money. Second review as follows: I had a ledlensor tt torch for several years and was out of warranty by years. It was used daily in house and car. The torch developed a fault whereby the switch would not always work correctly, wear and tear. I phoned and spoke to Nicola Fitton in customer service. I explained the fault and she agreed with my opinion that the switch and battery unit was faulty. I asked whether I could purchase a replacement unit. Nicola said she would send one out straightaway free of charge. I received the replacement switch and battery unit and the torch is working like new. It is rare to find a company like this nowadays, what great service. I can thoroughly recommend ledlensor for their products and service. I would not buy another make of torch, they are strong and the light beam is like daylight. Thank you again Nicola and team.

Sep 03,2020This is a fantastic torch,just the right size for my pocket and a very powerful beam. A simple twist of the lens progressively widens the beam. This is the best torch I have owned and although the most I've aid for one this size it is well worth it.

May 09,2020Great torch. I work in law enforcement and use the LEDlenser TT on a regular basis. It’s small but tough and packs plenty of brightness. I don’t like overly complicated torches with too many modes, high power is great for searching large open spaces, low is great for searching small spaces. It’s a bonus to have beam adjustment. I recommend this model to others, an absolute bargain for a high quality product.

Mar 06,2020The headlight I bought is ok..... the beam adjustment is stiff and gets worse when the light is turned on full beam, if you have trouble with grip this isn't the light for you. (Ledlenser® MH10 Rechargeable Head Torch)

Grateful to Led Lenser UK that made this USB device available while It cannot be found elsewhere in Europe. The only regret is related to the expedition cost that is a bit expensive for Belgium and for such a small item. In conclusion, an excellent service

Feb 05,2020I needed a new head band as the old one stretched and therefore made the light unusable. It is the weak point of my unit. The replacement is simple to fit and returns my head light to full use. I did not know replacements were available until I found this site by accident, a good find.
