Dec 09,2021The service I received was excellent the product I've received is very good my own fault I didn't read the description properly so unfortunately I ended up up with a torch that really isn't fit for purpose for what I require so I will be obviously reading the description better the next time I'm I reorder a new torch .

Dec 07,2021Bought to replace a missing charge lead. it does its job in charging the torch but the indicators are not as advertised, the LED does light blue but it is supposed to light and flash red when charging changing to green when done, this does not happen

Dec 07,2021My P7 Led Lenser torch was many years out of warranty but the switch became faulty. Contacted Led Lenser to request the cost of a replacement battery housing switch. They replied almost immediately offering to send me a replacement part free of charge if i sent my address details. The part arrived shortly after. Fantastic generous service for a great product

Nov 24,2021Bought many "Led Lenser" products over the years, and I'm happy! But!!! They will need to pay attention to customers that continually complain about prices, there are other's making great leaps in product development and there a great deal cheaper.

Oct 28,2021I bought the led lenzer confident I s getting a good, well built product, which the torch itself was, especially the removable battery, very to keep a spare charged cell for those longer shifts. I was however very disappointed with the bespoke magnetic charging cable, it struggled to stay in place, coming away with the slightest of knocks, but more importantly what was wrong with the micro usb on my last led lenzer headtorch? Easily available and more secure. It reminds of the apple school of marketing... You can only buy you spares from us

Sep 03,2021I have only had the head torch for a week but i am really impressed with it so far. I use it for early morning dog walks in a park and it can light up from one side to the other. The adjustments are so easy to use plus it is comfortable to wear, really glad i chose this model. I bought from the Ledlenser store and the delivery was quick. So happy with it and 7 year warranty plus got a free torch as well, quality items.

Sep 03,2021Had a Led Lenser P7 torch that was about 6 - 7 years old and the switch went faulty. I contacted LED Lenser and asked about the cost of a replacement battery housing/switch. They replied within 1 working day and offered to send a replacement battery compartment, free of charge despite me not having my original receipt. I sent them my details and the new part arrived within the week and works perfectly. LED Lenser products are of high quality and their customer service is fantastic, I only wish every company did business like LED Lenser, would recommend them to anyone, well done

Aug 12,2021Fantastic well built torches. I purchased a P7.2, 6 years and 11 months ago. I just found the internal battery compartment has snapped. Sent an email to Led Lenser, who send out a free replacement part. All fixed and no issues using the 7 year warranty, even so close to it's end.

Aug 09,2021I bought headlamp for walking. It is great gives me a real sense of security, provides a clear path in front of me, easy to wear. Just the ticket for my evening walks and even better it is rechargeable, a good price and very fast delivery. Well satisfied with my purchase.

Jun 02,2021The product is good and their customer support is fantastic. I do recommend 100% to buy products from this company. I bought Ledlenser Rechargeable Headlamp two years ago for my ultra marathon. As the last year's ultra marathon was postponed to this year, I did not use it for over 1 year. When I tested it one week before the race, it did not switch on. I contacted the customer support and she was very helpful but I was told to contact their technical support by email. They came back very quickly (within 1 hour) after I sent my email. After giving enough information about the product, I was offered to have a new one to replace one I have as long as I sent the evidence I return the product by email. They said normally they would not send a replacement until they receive the faulty product but they are willing to accommodate me this time because my race was on within a week. At the end, the switch was just stiff so it started to work when I tried one last time before sending it out thankfully. I therefore did not need to have a replacement. They were efficient and understanding the runner's needs. The whole experience was the best I could imagine a company could possibly provide.

Mar 29,2021As a female photographer who is out a lot shooting the nightscape independently, lighting the way is important. I was super excited to get my hands on aP6R-QC CORE Rechargeable LED Torch. This little beast is an awesome bit of kit; the colours are stunning and useful turn the dial to change colour. I used the red light for my walk to the Beachy head lighthouse at 3.30 am. It was so easy on my eyes I wondered why id did not do this before, saying that ledlenser makes it so easy to change from red/green/blue/white with a simple twist, so it's easy to get creative without needing Gels on flashes ... the only problem was is that I lost the torch on my first big trip. So need a new one already. so the review is short. I edited it as I wrote it, half asleep.
