I wasn't sure at first, but I received my first settlement the other day. Yes, the company takes their fees out first, and I was told this from the beginning. Hopefully, the next settlement will come soon. Level One Law so far has done everything I was informed.

Communication has been poor. Yes, they send out a lot of bulk or programmed info, but trying to get answers is difficult. Frankly, makes me nervous if I made a good choice.
