I have only been in the program a few months. A negotiation with one of the creditors has been made. Level one law keeps me informed of what is happening and they make sure I understand the program
I have no idea which comenity account is being referred to
I was Leary to even attempt consolidation but I’m on my way to financial freedom so I’m happy 😃
The idea is good, but communication is horrible. We've called numerous times and called to speak with an attorney and they never called back. We've left tons of messages, but no one calls back. When we call in the people answering the phones are not helpful, We've gotten so many different answers to the same questions we're not sure what we're supposed to do. We've been with Level one for just over a year, never missed a payment or been late and yet not ONE of our debts have been resolved. One has been in the process of being settled for many months, and now the company sold the debt to a collection agency. We have a letter stating it was sold and when calling Level One, they say it shouldn't have been sold. Not helpful. With the amount of money we've paid in we could have paid at least two debs off in full. We're paying a lot of money every month for a "lawyer" we can never speak to. The amount paid towards a nonexistent lawyer is extremely expensive and a very small amount goes into the savings to go towards the debts. We're not satisfied with the way this is going and if we got all the money back we paid so far we'd be on our way to paying off three of our four debts. We're considering talking to our attorney about getting a full refund since you have not followed through with your end of the agreement.
Am most impressed by the regular updates you provide.

KNOWLEDGEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Genuine interest in helping me… Each individual I have interacted with has been friendly and caring. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs help to get their financial situation sorted out and back on track.
From the beginning of this process, Level One was completely upfront about what will happen as the negotiations play out, and was very reassuring about how they will support this effort. They communicate often and clearly, stating what to expect, and what to avoid. To date, my plan is working as originally promised.
It’s paying what I expected of them. Outstanding!
I have been very pleased with the way that you have done our settlement with one of my creditors. Everyone has been very professional and very customer service oriented.
Thoughtful and caring
I had an issue with a refund that went on for months without resolution! The customer service team was rude and unresponsive! I kept getting the runaround and different answers every time I called to get an update on when I would receive my refund. They were highly unprofessional as well!
Constant contact from Level One to the client
Easy to get results . The staff is always available and willing to answer any questions I might have. Helpful to make changes on payments or dates . Thank you 😊
It's very easy and simple
Quick service and informative
The process is very difficult to handle the constant phone calls and messages from the creditors
Well, I just got my first settlement. So that’s exciting. I’m confident the next settlement will come soon. I’m just so glad that I’m on the road to fixing my credit and I’m happy to have Level One Law be there, helping me every step of the way. Every time I reach out they’re always right there to help me. The journey has been smooth!.

Nov 15,2023I enrolled six creditors in the program this summer and after 3 months decided to cancel because absolutely nothing was being done on my behalf, except the dutiful collection of my monthly fee. There was NO proactive communication from the company every time i checked the portal all creditors were still "pending" and i was encouraged to put even more money into my account to allow them to negotiate better on my behalf - whatever. Knowing they would not even begin negotiating my debts until the reserves were built up in my account, i began to take notice of offers from creditors to directly settle with them at lower costs and with much more expediency. At the point i canceled with LL, they told me my refund of "unearned fees" and "Savings" would only be $128 of the nearly $2,000 i had put in to date. Speaking with a customer rep on the phone, they said i would not get a detailed accounting of what they did to earn the retainer, service cost and legal admin fees each month. Oh and by the way a POA was sent to each creditor in October... not once did i get any documentation about that - so unsure if it is true. Good consulting firms always send detailed invoices with tasks and fees attached to each one. I was told LL does not do that. Really sketchy. Good companies are transparent and willing to refund money when they have done nothing to deserve it.
