Dec 30,2024What stood out for me was how gentle, considerate and caring Richard was on the phone in guiding me with the arrangement of the cremation. I almost felt I was talking to a minister of a church. The staff were all equally helpful and kind. Everything was carried out smoothly and efficiently in a gentle manner. I was very satisfied.
