There's lots of scams out there targeting people like me and it was really refreshing to work with genuine people who care about their clients. Rich and Chris were super helpful and devoted to getting my song pitched to playlists, and Chris is always available to hop on a call with me to answer some of my many questions. I have now finished three campaigns with them, all very successful, giving my music a huge boost. We did the playlisting campaign and they were both very committed. We achieved our goal of increasing the popularity index on Spotify. Despite this increase, we unfortunately didn't get into one of Spotify's algorithmic playlists.

I was skeptical until my first conversation with Dylan Shortridge, who ended up being the main representative and point of contact for our project. Dylan is everything an artist wants in a partner - passionate about the work and committed to helping the artist achieve their goals. He went above and beyond by providing creative ideas and feedback, and helping us to make new connections. From a customer service perspective, Liberty Music is top-notch. Our project truly felt like a team effort, and I had never experienced that level of support for my art before. It was a great experience.
