Working with Faith on my playlisting campaign at Liberty Music PR was a rarely positive experience I’ve had in my decade in the music industry as an artist. So often working with PR companies can leave you feeling far from a priority, being sold all false promises and hearing crickets once the money is sent. Not in this case. Faith gave me the care and attention I could only hope for, and have never received until now in this industry. Not to mention my Spotify campaign gave me great results on my single. I highly recommend working with Faith, as well as Rich, I can honestly say you are in good hands. And oh, if you’re like me and keep an eyebrow raised when looking into PR companies like this, you should always be skeptical. But for the first time in a long time I am pleased to say they are exactly who they said they were.

All of the people I worked with on my campaign were excellent and also very nice. They were always reachable and replied promptly. They went above and beyond for our band getting us great press and radio coverage, play listing on Spotify and excellent TikTok influencer videos. I would say I would use them again but I am already using them again : )

For what they were working with, I think they did an amazing job. I am a completely undiscovered artist, and they got me a great amount of press, radio play, and playlisting. They also allowed me to be hands-on in the process when I wanted to and I felt that they were listening to know needs as an artist well. Communication was a bit difficult that we were on a major time difference.

Joe and Josh who helped run my campaign were so on top of everything. The results speak for themselves - I landed my first editorial playlist on Spotify and numerous blogs and indie playlists. My streams and followers grew and I know it stemmed from their hard work. Will definitely be working with Liberty again.

Raj and Chris were a pleasure to work with, gave updates every Friday with all the work and results from the last week. They managed to secure over 1000% increase in listeners and streams. Will definitely be working with them again on a larger release.

My experience with Liberty Music was pretty good: the team (Danielle Holian, Daniel Thatcher, Raj Kalyani & James Allen) did a good job promoting my album. Daniel was great and he explained how to properly spend my budget, which was greatly appreciated and made a solid difference from other PR agencies. They seem to care a lot about the artists and that's so important! Hopefully we will work again in the future.

I worked on a press and playlisting campaign for a single. We got a good amount of interviews and blog features. The results of the playlisting campaign could've been better, though I understand that various factors come into play concerning playlist placements. All in all great communication, quick to respond and happy with the results.

I've worked with Liberty PR across multiple campaigns, each one better than the last! Noor (Deputy Head of A&R) is the loveliest, most supportive rep you could ask for and a great introduction to the firm. My core team consists of Claudia (playlisting exec), Simon (senior publicist, press) and Sam (radio), all of whom have been excellent. Your mileage may vary depending on your genre, production quality, your existent prominence as an artist, etc., and for my particular situation, Liberty has knocked it out of the park with press (thank you, Simon). It took a few campaigns to build up my credibility in smaller outlets, but now I'm getting press to the point where very well-known bands in my extended Nashville circle have asked me how I could possibly be getting these sorts of features. My music is not necessarily playlist- or radio-friendly given my more classical vocal stylings and genre fluidity, but streams/plays and followers are growing steadily (and most importantly, authentically) thanks to Claudia and Sam. As someone who has tried multiple PR agencies over the years, Liberty PR offers the absolute best services that you are going to get at this price point. I can confidently say that they're best in class.

I know youre hesitent. Reading reviews to see if this company is a scam. They are a legitimate service. My group and I did press, playlisting and TikTok campaigns. Our best relationship and communication came from our press exec. Joe he was responsive and kept us in the loop. Playlisting wasn't as communicative as we would've hoped. Our exec. Josh received the song, submitted the song and gave updates after placements and on Fridays. In our initial team meeting call he was absent and we never got to actually chat. Our music is pretty genre fluid and we really feel as though it could've been productive to chat about exactly what style and editors we wanted to pitch to. The results however, proved otherwise We saw 600% spikes in listeners. So if you get into a playlisting campaign don't fret Liberty's got you. TikTok was a mess. Our first exec. got sick and our new exec. changed the deadline of the campaign. Our new deadline wasn't met. After expressing disappointment we had 5 influencers use our song within a 4 day span. Media buying is a strange thing. Apparently, Liberty keeps "influencers" on a retainer which drives down the cost for song plugs. I would just avoid the TikTok campaign and try it in house. Reach out to influencers and offer them money for plugging your song. Fortunately, Bee the founder/CEO was cc'd in all the communication and she heard our frustration. Not only did she hear us but she is offering to make it up to us. Because of her responsiveness to the situation, we will likely work with Liberty again.

Worked with the dream team: Noor, Rich, Chanel, Chris and Sam. I have worked on 2 campaigns with Liberty thus far. The team was enthusiastic, professional and available during both. Any questions/concerns were handled with the utmost care, especially from Noor. The structure of Liberty allows for strong communication due to weekly reports, multiple video chats and encouragement to speak with anyone at any time needed. As an independent artist, it is difficult and frankly scary to put your music into the hands of others, and I am so glad that I made the choice to go with Liberty.

Noor, Sam and Nathan were my team on my campaign and they were so helpful, delivered more than fantastically and had great communication. I had a single to promote and after the campaign, I got the best results I have had than all of my other singles. I got an offer from 2 record labels, interview, radio plays in america as well and articles which in of them came from an award winning magazine. I would honestly use this service again for my next release!

It’s been a year since I used their services and the result of that is I was able to build almost 20k organic following on instagram. Collaborate with brands and find more work in the music industry. Used them for a couple single campaigns and everything was great from the start. Clear communications and they kept checking in on the run up to the release. I’d 100% recommend them to get your songs heard. My follow up releases after using Liberty music PR featured on official spotify playlists New music Friday Uk, The indie list, the other list, all new all now and I believe the previous campaigns played a huge part in this.
