Sep 04,2024I have had an absolutely appalling experience with Life Residential. It has been 33 days of pure frustration dealing with ongoing issues in my flat, and the lack of resolution is beyond unacceptable. From day one, the flat has had multiple faults, ranging from minor inconveniences to major problems that should have been addressed immediately. Instead, Iβve been met with nothing but delays, excuses, and unprofessional behavior. The managementβs lack of accountability and the endless runaround has turned what should have been a comfortable living situation into a nightmare. I strongly advise against using Life Residential if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend Life Residential to anyone. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster.

Sep 03,2024the communication is so bad with this company. trying to arrange a flat viewing seems near impossible. only one customer service agent has been helpful. No point having advertisements for properties if you can't even update potential tenants about re-scheduling a flat viewing or to alert them a property has been sold. It's really unprofessional, and for someone who comes from a retail background, this company does not care for potential tenants or to even respond back to simple enquiries which is a shame because the properties advertised appear decent. Pathetic.

Aug 28,2024This is a review about the support I received from Arjin. We have been renting through Life Residential for 7 years now and depending on the property manager our experience would vary. Arjin is by far the best we had so far with clear communication and prompt responses and actions. I hope Arjin remains our property manager for the remainder of out tenancy as we are very pleased.
