My property manager- Gina, has been disappearing about my deposit release process after the last conversion on 19 September 2024. We have an agreement on returning deposits. I provided the bank details to them on 21 September and called a few times for a follow-up. I also sent the reminder to them on 8 October and 21 October, but there was no response until today. I called on Tuesday, and one of the PM called Lucy, and she said she would help me to process it, but I am still waiting for feedback and Gina is left. It means that your case would not process if someone leave the company. Meanwhile, my communal energy bill still has yet to close. I have informed them many times, but I am still waiting for an update, and I am still receiving the bill today. I don’t recommend all of you to find this agent to rent the property. The service is really bad

This company is an utter embarrassment to the sector. They are rude, unprofessional and they can’t organise a deposit return if their life depended on it. I’m currently in disputes as I’ve been waiting months for the return of my money, only to be sent automated messages from Am. V and to be ignored by her. The whole experience whilst renting my second apartment with them has been shocking. The end of property reports have been done incorrectly and they will con you out of money. It’s a shame as my first experience with Chris M was a positive one and he was a fantastic property manager. It makes me question this companies morals, ethics and professionalism.

Kelvin at Life always quickly available to assist me with queries relating to the property, despite being on different time zones. He also provided all docs relating to UK tax documents, allowing me to complete those forms relatively easily.
"G.B" are the first letters of her name who is an extremely irresponsible property manager. Almost every time I emailed her about an issue, I received an automatic reply stating that the property manager is out of the office and it takes me several days to get her reply. This results in my problems not being addressed in a timely manner. Furthermore, every time I tried to call her, the receptionist says the property manager is out of the office and will call back later, but I never receive any calls. What's worse is that I didn't receive my security deposit until three months after I moved out. Since I moved out, this property manager has rarely responded to any of my emails. Even after sending multiple emails, I still received no reply. On September 20th, this property manager promised that the refund had been initiated and I was expecting the money to be shown on my bank account every day, but a month later, I still hadn't received any money and I was really disappointing, I had to contact another agent and luckily, the agent helped me initiated the process. Without a doubt, G.B deceived me! She never released the deposit. If your don't want your life to be ruined by her, Avoid her and change another property manager!!

We are happy to have Marcus as a property manager. He contacted us very promptly to find out about the issues we needed solved. He visited the rented flat just the next day after his holiday. Marcus is very courteous, pleasant, well-mannered and responsive in solving issues in our rented flat. During his visit, he showed he was knowledgeable in how the flat is built and its appliances and this made communication about our needs very easy. Moreover, he found an experienced professional to solve the technical issues who was also very quick in performing his work.
I wish I could give them a '0,' not even a '1!' Everything starts after they get your holding deposit. :) You won't get any response unless you call them multiple times (and even then, they often don't answer). 1. The TV included in the contract was broken, and they only replaced it after 4 or 5 months, with a model that didn’t fit the space. The reordering process took an additional 2 months. Of course, I didn't wait and just bought one myself. 2. Any issue related to the flat that you report will take at least two visits (like robbers!). I reported an issue and told them exactly what was broken, but instead of bringing the needed part, they came on the first visit just to confirm it. They ordered the part afterward and only fixed it on the second visit. 3. I still haven’t received my deposit back, and it’s been 3 months since I moved out. :( No email about my deposit and inventory check. I want to leave details but Trustpilot don't allow me to do that :( This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with.
The Property Manager Miss Brooke Nickless is excellent in her approach and in reporting back on queries. Thoroughly recommend her service 100%.
