Aug 18,2024Abby Gooptu established the renewal memorandum for my flat in E14 during the month of August 2024. She reached out well in advance (2 months) of the end date, suggested a sensible renewal, took feedback and then contacted the tenant in order to set up the new tenancy. She reached agreement within three days, completed all paperwork and cemented the new tenancy for a realistic and correct new rental figure. The whole operation was very quick, very efficient and she was easy to deal with throughout the process. I thank her for her efforts and recommend her highly.

After I reported a water leakage issue in my apartment Riley was very prompt to get a contractor arranged to look into it. She gave me timely updates, was good with follow-ups and kindly suggested a few alternatives to the problem. Thankful to her timely response and action on this
