The only slight downside was that the courier service Lifestyle Furniture use are very limited on days they can deliver outside their area, but it got sorted and the delivery guys were nice and friendly. Generally a very good buying experience.

The reason being that the oak hallway table we bought from Lifestyle Furniture had a few mark's on the surface that we couldn't ignore. We contacted their customer services who replied promptly with an offer of monetary compensation or alternatively an exchange after acknowledging the marks having seen the photos we had uploaded to them. However having discussed with my husband we decided that an exchange of table would be preferable. Not once did this company try to make any excuses or try to fob us off at all. Taz was extremely helpful ,friendly and professional and kept us up to date at all times regarding collection and delivery timescales. Our new table now has pride of place in our hallway and looks just perfect Thankyou Lifestyle furniture. Definitely to be recommended. Warm regards Dawn and Steve

Nov 23,2023Disappointing experience having read the reviews in this site. A few weeks ago I ordered a Jali sheesham coffee table. (I have always bought this style of furniture and already have 4 pieces of it which I bought elsewhere. When the table arrived I removed the packaging to find that, unlike any Jali furniture I have bought in the past, it was flat packed and I had to build myself. The table part was scratched and discoloured. I called the company straight away and they asked me to send pictures. They emailed to let me know they would respond by the following day. I have just received their response as follows: “From the photos you have emailed, we have ascertained that the table is not scratched/damaged, the scratch marks you have referred to is part of the sheesham wood” If I could upload the pictures on here I would. Having been a buyer of this type of wood for the last 20 years I am fully aware of what sheesham looks like and feel insulted by the response as the marks in the table I bought are scratches and absolutely nothing to do with the type of wood used. I was also informed that, as per the T&Cs, the pleasure of receiving damaged goods and paying £25+ for return delivery was all mine. It’s safe to say I will not be buying from this company again. I did not expect to pay good money to receive Shoddy, damaged goods!! Having compared to all the other furniture I have. I actually think that the furniture is fake, and not sheesham. I would advise anyone to read the T&C’s thoroughly if by any chance you do want to buy from a company like this.
