Dec 08,2022Recently purchased dining chairs. The advertisement title was 'Sheesham High Back Slat Dining Chairs' PLEASE NOTE the plural word 'Chairs'. The diagram was a pair of chairs. In the description it stated ' ' 'This pair of handcrafted chairs' PLEASE NOTE the word 'PAIR' referring again to 'two chairs'. The price was advertised at £88. At no point does the advert refer or use the word each. I thought wonderful and ordered 2 of what I believed was 2 packs of 2 chairs (4 chairs in all). Paid 2× £88 plus delivery. Delivery arrived, one box containing 2 chairs. Not 4 chairs as anticipated. I contacted the company believing there had been an error only to be told that the price on the advert was for one chair only. I pointed out the wording and picture on the advert and how it suggests the chairs are sold in pairs only. The company made no apology for the misleading advertisement regarding the chairs. Only offered to collect the 2 chairs and give a refund. I really love the chairs as they care very beautiful. I do not want to send the chairs back ..I would however prefer to have all the chairs that the advert lead me to believe I was getting. I am retired and am on a very limited budget so can't order another two chairs. Yours Carol

Nov 15,2022I ordered a country pine dressing table set. I was impressed with the helpful courier, who actually rang up and asked if it would be OK to come on a particular date, rather than just emailing to say they were coming. The dressing table set arrived in good condition. It is a little darker in colour than I'd expected, and there could have been better instructions for the small amount of assembly needed, but it wasn't that hard to work out. All in all I'm happy I'm chose it.

Sep 22,2022Delivery from the courier was very poor, the items didn't arrive when they said they would, we waited in for 2 days! On close inspection the quality of the lamp table is quite poor the shelf is a piece of badly vaneered chipboard which is not what I expected, some of the edges are quite rough and some of the plastic feet aren't even fixed in the right place. I'm glad I managed to get these tables in the sale as I would have been even more dissapointed if I'd paid full price!!!
